Week 8

146.8! YES! im down 2.8lbs from last week and feeling good and motivated!!

I have been working out daily and upping my work outs to about 40-60min. want an AWFUL amazing PAINFUL workout? buy jillian michaels fat burning metabolism video. its a 40min circuit workout with a 5min warm up and 5min cool down and i promise it will kick your butt.

ive been digging quotes lately and subscribing to a bunch of fitness based instagrams and loving the inspiration!

i have been on herbalife/exercising for 8 weeks straight. i have lost a total of 13.2lbs and have 11.8lbs to go and that feels DAMN GOOD!



 
This chick (below) has an awesome awesome core so im thinking i will add this to before i shower next week-- awesome way to workout while watching tv and chilling in the apt!



 
THIS is my weekly challenge. i read online that you will burn 1lb of fat in 1 week if you do 7,000 jumping jacks. So thats 1,000/day. DAY 1 IS DONE! only 6 to go and 6 is suchhhh a little number! im excited for this challenge!! are you down to attempt--excuse me! ACCOMPLISH this with me??

Week 7

Well it wasnt my best week. I ate AMAZING chicken tetrizini (sp?), a butt ton of butterfnger bits, a 3 musketeers bar and a much too large portion of homemade fried chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits and green beans. oops. also i did my shake religiously for breakfast but some of the days i had 2 meals and 1 shake... im pretty ashamed of that one because i had been doing awesome! and for some reason i just felt like indulging all week and didnt have the self control to stop myself. So they say you have sad days so you appreciate the happy days more. I have gained 1.4lbs from last week... I am not too upset at myself but i am not proud in the least. I had been having all these awesome weight loss weeks then this. so thats a huge blow to my ego... BUT it pressures me to workout/eat perfectly healthy this week. i have made a bet with my mom that we will BOTH lose 2 lbs this week so im pretty excited about that. I WILL have a weightloss next week- you just wait and see :)

also before my personal rule was no eating after 930, now i am not eating after 830.

Week 6

They say...
It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing
8 weeks for immediate friends and family
12 weeks for the world to notice



soooo 6 weeks down. 6 to go! weighed myself in at 148.2lbs this morning. GOODBYE 150s!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! soooo happy i am offically in the 140s :)) andrew had to get on me for yelling so loudly this morning when i weighed myself... apparently we have neighbors and they could be sleeping still hahaha

i workout pretty much daily. 30-40min videos... some days i run with the dogs- if anyone brings their dog over, ill run their dog also haha twat brought over sampson the other day and i had already taken my babies on 3 laps (im pretty much a wizard when it comes to unbraiding 3 dogs on retractable leashes while keeping them all running and not peeing on every freaking little thing lol) so i took sampson on 3 laps also (one lap with each of my puppies, 2 dogs is PLENTY with crazy huge not-leash-trained sampson lol so 6 laps. that was the most ive ever done so i was pretty pleased with myself :)

still have my weekly workout dates with shantel which are awesome cause it keeps me in check and shes doing awesome on her fitness also!! shes already a skinny minnie but shes toning up :)) i love working out with her! makes the workout go by soooooooooooooo fast!

    Week 5

    Everythings been going good and easy. Ive noticed a few things- my rings are loose again, i dont wear andrews large shirts anymore, i now wear the medium unisex shirts and they are loose enough where they dont touch me which is exactly what i like and i really really like yoga pants! Theyre comfortable and actually are super flattering on me now! YES! Just working on my diet day to day and loving it :)

    My mom lost 6 lbs since starting and IM SO PROUD!! Its working for her also :)) and she mayyyyyyyy be cheating with her daily wine lol

    okay well heres my weekly pic, cant wait for next week!!!! 152.2lbs today.

    New year, new me!

    Cliche title, I know. But I mean it lol I am sooo ready for this new year and for me to reclaim my body, my sexuality, my confidence and my favorite pieces of my wardrobe!! Weighed myself in at 154lbs this morning and it feels good. Good to be back on track and ready to see some new progress!!


    I happen to think I look better than I did in my last picture two weeks ago even though I weigh .2lbs more. I think my body is really really changing!! its looking healthier, clothes are fitting soooo much better and my body just feels tight again. Ive really been working out at least 30min a day. I LOVE the way it makes me feel! I do a workout video then some running with the puppies and it just makes me feel accomplished.

    Eating healthy is just normal to me now. I always plan out my lunch in the morning but i NEVER crave fast food anymore! its wonderful! Some days i go to the salad bar at whole foods, pho thaison or just leftovers from the dinner i made andrew the day before. No complaints, just progress :))
